Kartik Aaryan unveils NEW LOOK from Chandu Champion on the occasion of India’s Republic Day

Kartik Aaryan will be seen in a never-seen-before avatar in the ambitious venture Chandu Champion, to be directed by Kabir Khan. The film marks the first collaboration between the actor – director duo and audiences couldn’t be more excited about it. While we got a few glimpses of the avatar Kartik will be seen sporting in the film, including his lean body, on the occasion of India’s 75th Republic Day, the actor decided to give a treat to his fans by unveiling a new look – this time in his uniform! Kartik Aaryan unveiled a rather patriotic look on Friday, January 26 on social media wherein he is seen sporting an army uniform with a cap. He captioned the photo saying, “Being a Champion is in every Indian’s blood… Jai Hind ???? Happy Republic Day” and also hashtagged his film Chandu Champion. EXCLUSIVE: Vicky Kaushal, Rashmika Mandanna to commence shoot for Chhava: The Great Warrior from October 16

Vicky Kaushal’s Zara Hatke Zara Bachke, which released earlier this year and also starred Sara Ali Khan, gave a boost to the industry in terms of box office. He was then seen in Vijay Krishna Acharya’s The Great Indian Family. The release of Vicky’s Sam Bahadur, which is eagerly looked forward, is keenly awaited. Along with this film, the actor has an ambitious historical saga Chhava: The Great Warrior, which is the biopic on Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. For the unversed, he was the son of the founder of the Maratha empire Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Saibai Bhosale.

Bollywood Hungama has come to know that the movie is all set to go on floors on October 16 in Mumbai. We have also come to know that the first schedule will be for a week.

Chhava stars Rashmika Mandanna opposite Vicky. The film, which is a tribute to the great historical warrior, is directed by Rahul Janardan Jadhav and produced by Sunny Rajani and Vaibhav Bhor. It is adapted from author Dr. Jaysingrao Pawar’s Marathi book on Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj.

Chhava will be Rashmika’s first historical in Bollywood. Before that movie comes up, she has Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal, where she is cast opposite Ranbir Kapoor.

TV producer Vikas Gupta tested positive for Covid-19

Bigg Boss 11 finalist and TV producer Vikas Gupta has tested positive for Covid-19. The producer informed it on his official Instagram handle. In his detailed post, he wrote, “Being positive is not always good & in this case absolutely not I have tested positive for Covid-19. " He further went ahead and advised everyone to get themselves tested if they have come in his contact. Vikas wrote "I would request anyone who might have come in contact with me in the last few days to get themselves tested.
