Kartik Aaryan unveils NEW LOOK from Chandu Champion on the occasion of India’s Republic Day

Kartik Aaryan will be seen in a never-seen-before avatar in the ambitious venture Chandu Champion, to be directed by Kabir Khan. The film marks the first collaboration between the actor – director duo and audiences couldn’t be more excited about it. While we got a few glimpses of the avatar Kartik will be seen sporting in the film, including his lean body, on the occasion of India’s 75th Republic Day, the actor decided to give a treat to his fans by unveiling a new look – this time in his uniform! Kartik Aaryan unveiled a rather patriotic look on Friday, January 26 on social media wherein he is seen sporting an army uniform with a cap. He captioned the photo saying, “Being a Champion is in every Indian’s blood… Jai Hind ???? Happy Republic Day” and also hashtagged his film Chandu Champion. Surveen Chawla, Prajakta Koli, Priya Bapat to star in Excel Entertainment's horror series Unseen for Prime Video

Producers Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani's Excel Entertainment is diving into the horror genre. The production house is currently working on a supernatural thriller tentatively titled Unseen and the shooting has already commenced. Surveen Chawla, Prajakta Koli, Priya Bapat, and Pranay Manchanda have been cast in the upcoming series for Prime Video India.

According to a report in Peeping Moon, the series will be multi-seasonal. It will have “an eerie storyline filled with thrilling and jump-scary moments that will leave audiences on the edge of their seats.” The project is already on floors and will be directed by Raghav Dhar. The plan is to premiere the series in the second half of 2023.

Excel Entertainment has an array of line-up for 2023 starting with Fukrey 3. This will be followed by Jee Le Zaraa, which will be Farhan’s return as a director more than a decade after Don 2. On the digital front, the production house has Reema Kagti’s serial killer drama, Dahaad, Shujaat Saudagar’s Bambai Meri Jaan, Mirzapur 3, and Netflix projects, Dabba Cartel and Queen of the Hill.

CBFC clears Gadar 2 with UA certificate, the film is 170 minutes long

With the month of August starting today, the countdown for the release of Gadar 2 has begun. The film, which stars Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel and Utkarsh Sharma in pivotal roles, is all set to hit the screens on August 11, just four days before the big Independence Day holiday. With the release of the film nearing, some more details about the movie have come out.
