Kartik Aaryan will be seen in a never-seen-before avatar in the ambitious venture Chandu Champion, to be directed by Kabir Khan. The film marks the first collaboration between the actor – director duo and audiences couldn’t be more excited about it. While we got a few glimpses of the avatar Kartik will be seen sporting in the film, including his lean body, on the occasion of India’s 75th Republic Day, the actor decided to give a treat to his fans by unveiling a new look – this time in his uniform! Kartik Aaryan unveiled a rather patriotic look on Friday, January 26 on social media wherein he is seen sporting an army uniform with a cap. He captioned the photo saying, “Being a Champion is in every Indian’s blood… Jai Hind ???? Happy Republic Day” and also hashtagged his film Chandu Champion. SS Rajamouli is one the most successful film directors in Tollywood.  He has delivered a number of hit movies in his filmy career.  He has a success rate of almost 99 per cent and no present Indian filmmaker has this record.  He paved the way for International glories by making epics like Baahubali series, RRR, Magadheera, and Eega.  Rajamouli recently interacted with the Russo brothers.  He revealed some interesting facts during this.  Rajamouli was asked if he had any plans to make content for OTT as RRR received a huge reception from western countries, to this he replied that he wished to do a series based on the novel Ponniyin Selvan.

He added, “The story of Ponniyin Selvan would be apt to be told in a web series that runs for more hours.  According to me, it is difficult to make a movie on it. I had an idea for an OTT way before RRR.”

Even in the past, the master storyteller SS Rajamouli expressed his love for Ponniyin Selvan’s novel. He commented that it is an amazing novel to read with terrific characters.

 It is known that Mani Ratnam is coming up with the movie Ponniyin Selvan starring Karthi, Vikram, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Trisha and others. Ponniyin Selvan is a two-part film based on an epic book authored by Kalki.
