Kartik Aaryan will be seen in a never-seen-before avatar in the ambitious venture Chandu Champion, to be directed by Kabir Khan. The film marks the first collaboration between the actor – director duo and audiences couldn’t be more excited about it. While we got a few glimpses of the avatar Kartik will be seen sporting in the film, including his lean body, on the occasion of India’s 75th Republic Day, the actor decided to give a treat to his fans by unveiling a new look – this time in his uniform! Kartik Aaryan unveiled a rather patriotic look on Friday, January 26 on social media wherein he is seen sporting an army uniform with a cap. He captioned the photo saying, “Being a Champion is in every Indian’s blood… Jai Hind ???? Happy Republic Day” and also hashtagged his film Chandu Champion. Kollywood actor Sarath Kumar is a well known face for the Telugu people as he was seen in a guest appearance in the  movie Devadas and now  he is all set to act in another much hyped upcoming action drama. According to the latest buzz in the film industry,  Boyapati Srinu approached Sarath Kumar for his upcoming directorial venture #BB3 in which Balakrishna is playing the lead role.  Sarath Kumar will play the role of villain  in much-anticipated Telugu film #BB3 and will lock horns with Balakrishna.

 The sources say Boyapati narrated the script to Kollywood actor Sarath Kumar over a phone call, and  the actor who was impressed with his character, gave his verbal consent. However, nothing has been finalized yet and the makers are waiting for  the actor’call.

#BB3 is touted to be an action entertainer, and  Boyapati Srinu is planning to rope in many actors from other languages too. Pragya Jaiswal is playing the female lead in this actioner. The movie also has  Srikanth, Poorna, Suniel Shetty, Prabhakar, Sharath Lohithaswa and Viji Chandrasekhar  in the crucial roles.

#BB3 has the music by SS Thaman, editing is by Kotagiri Venkateshwara Rao and Tammiraju and the cinematography is handled by Ram Prasad.  Balakrishna starrer is bankrolled by Miryala Ravinder Reddy under his banner Dwaraka Creations.

CBFC clears Gadar 2 with UA certificate, the film is 170 minutes long

With the month of August starting today, the countdown for the release of Gadar 2 has begun. The film, which stars Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel and Utkarsh Sharma in pivotal roles, is all set to hit the screens on August 11, just four days before the big Independence Day holiday. With the release of the film nearing, some more details about the movie have come out. Veteran trade analyst Taran Adarsh has revealed that Gadar 2 has been passed by the CBFC (Central Board of Film Certification) with UA certificate earlier in the day.
