Kartik Aaryan will be seen in a never-seen-before avatar in the ambitious venture Chandu Champion, to be directed by Kabir Khan. The film marks the first collaboration between the actor – director duo and audiences couldn’t be more excited about it. While we got a few glimpses of the avatar Kartik will be seen sporting in the film, including his lean body, on the occasion of India’s 75th Republic Day, the actor decided to give a treat to his fans by unveiling a new look – this time in his uniform! Kartik Aaryan unveiled a rather patriotic look on Friday, January 26 on social media wherein he is seen sporting an army uniform with a cap. Actress Sonakshi Sinha will soon complete a decade in the industry. The actress who made her debut in the 2010 film Dabangg opposite Salman Khan will soon be seen in the third instalment of the film. Sonakshi Sinha reveals that Salman Khan saw the acting ‘keeda’ in her Recently in an interview to a media house, Sonakshi Sinha said that Salman saw the acting ‘keeda’ in her when she had not even thought of acting as a career option. Salman Khan encouraged and motivated her to take it up. Talking about how she bagged the role of Rajjo she said that one day Arbaaz Khan along with the director of the film came to her house and narrated the script to her and she became a part of the film even before she knew it. In an earlier interview, Sonakshi Sinha had revealed that during a fashion show where she was working as an audience manager, Salman Khan had walked up to her and advised her to lose weight and they would cast her in one of their movies. Sonakshi Sinha was last seen in the film Mission Mangal which was a hit at the box office. The actress will soon be seen reprising the role of Rajjo in Dabangg 3 which is scheduled to release in December. The actress will also be making a special appearance in Saif Ali Khan starrer Laal Kaptaan. CBFC clears Gadar 2 with UA certificate, the film is 170 minutes long

With the month of August starting today, the countdown for the release of Gadar 2 has begun. The film, which stars Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel and Utkarsh Sharma in pivotal roles, is all set to hit the screens on August 11, just four days before the big Independence Day holiday. With the release of the film nearing, some more details about the movie have come out. Veteran trade analyst Taran Adarsh has revealed that Gadar 2 has been passed by the CBFC (Central Board of Film Certification) with UA certificate earlier in the day.
